Looks like this CR talk is keeping the price subdued, or at least preventing insto buying for now
Not saying one is necessarily bad, as plenty of tech stocks have popped recently after raising capital - just depends at what price point and the amount of dilution
Considering they are on the lows and only just announced the deal, it would be prudent to aim for higher prices
