50 - 50 now.... even up against Elenilto lead tender which has drawn in The Wengfu Group... so what can they offer Togo???

Well, Wengfu is one of the biggest Chinese phosphate and fertilizer production companies with worldwide reputation and with many years of global operations in phosphates mining and fertilizer products production using high end technology. Its entered the project as an equity partner that will invest 40% of the required investments and will provide the management and professional services to the partnership jointly with Elenilto.

Elenilto is developing large scale mining projects that includes iron ore, copper, tantalum, coal, oil & gas etc. in 8 African countries..... value of that is measured in the billions.
But hey if you can digest that and come up with the concise assesment of chances are now 50-50 can you add some technicals to that?
