... a little more thinking on this. I wonder if Fluence should also consider rapid response to disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes, etc) -- anything that leaves communities in urgent need of new water treatment infrastructure. I posted a while ago about Wellington NZ looking at their options for post-earthquake water treatment and supply, knowing that a major earthquake there is inevtitable. Perhaps Fluence can play on their ability to rapidly deploy water infrastructure, especially if it can be operated without a grid power connection. They could potentially set up a specialist subsidiary in this area focussing purely on disaster recovery, stocking water treatment plants ready for immediate deployment.
