of course containerisation will not suit all plants although from some of the RWL photos they have built quite large desalination plants using a number of containers in line.
What better way to protect a plant from major damage in a disaster like this, just one more advantage of using containers?
If the St Thomas plant has been badly damaged it will be interesting to see how they repair/ replace it.
