Found a really cool site on European Tenders, thanks to @drmatt helpful search hints.
Bad news, there was a massive cardiac patch related UK tender that was recently awarded (July 2017) and as far as I can tell Admedus did not even submit a bid! http://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:285422-2017:TEXT:EN:HTML&tabId=1
See section 5 "award of contract". Note that v.2.2 states that 13 tenders were received and then v.2.3 lists the contractors (includes Edwards and St Jude but not AHZ). There are various sub-sections for different products, Edwards appears twice and St Jude five times.
How can this be?? Contract values are in the millions of pounds. Surely AHZ didn't miss the deadline or something stupid??
