@redant did you manage to download any of thesw docs? Guessing you need to be in the industry to get a log in.
My guess is some incompetent procurement person running this process got lazy or otherwise stuffed it up. Probably rolled on the contract with the incumbent.
Anyone know much about the process of seeking documents via freedom of information legislation?
Might be the only way to figure out where this (and similar) govt tenders are up to.
