I not understand what it means or how it works but I check today and see Uscom listings getting more active on Chinese tender site bid centre cn .
after China shut out only 2 Uscom listings between Jan to June but I see 5 more new listings in last 4 weeks.
It probably mean nothing or maybe early sign of returning hope in China market but I not understand what tender site listings mean to get hopeful .
hopefully it sign mr meng with his govt and medical connections and ms guo and her team are restarting sales after the disaster last 12 months .
