I do not follow them closely enough these days to know about tenders. But if they were material they would be disclosed I guess. Just remember there is usually a delay between winning a tender and then entering the formal contract and then arranging delivery and payment. Lots of big business runs in cycles whereby the award and pay for contracts so can be slooooowwwww.
One of the positives re this stock is its tightly held and lacks liquidity. You haver seen the negative impact of that in the share price drop but good news could send them flying. That said, there will be resistance levels to clear as people who have bought for a trade clear out and I suspect 11 will be the first major one as often people bail at the capital raise price after being under water, they are just happy to get their money back.
For me I am watching the price action for break levels.
