One thing I overlooked when reading the announcement on 18 March regarding the agreement with Mitsubishi.
In the 2nd paragraph
"The company has issued tender documents and held discussions with selected engineering consultants for the engineering , procurement and construction management packages (EPCM) and has also issued a number of long lead time equipment tender enquiries. Award of these contracts is scheduled during May subject to drawdown of the funding facility"
Evidence that the game (project) has begun!!
