Not really its not really noticeable at the moment ..the ankle blew up on one day which I assume was ganglion and went down again fairly quickly , the swelling up was why I went to get it checked ...it and the tendinitis were picked up by scan....ankles a bit sore and get funny type pin prick pains in different spots.
Id been moving some pretty heavy objects for weeks and May have knocked the ankle as well as straining it ...continuing on working after it started hurting for about a week or more didnt help....over done it all round tennis elbow both arms so taking it easy for a couple of weeks.....
