...the pool therapy got knocked on the head by Covid shutdown....been keeping off my feet as much as poss and wandering when necessary in the house and garden bare footed and foot/ankle/lower leg is coming on great...I think the icy temperatures have helped. ..taken Voltarin tablets a couple of times and been wearing pressure bandage....must take a couple of months to fully heal...
