    My apologies, it is called voltaren emugel. Yes, I tried keeping off my feet until I realised it wasn't going to be fixed quickly. Custom orthotics helped but you could just try a heel raise pad (from Chemist Warehouse) to see if it makes a difference. Prior to custom orthotics I couldn't walk one length of a supermarket aisle. Also no bike-riding, hill walking or uneven slopes. Physio wanted me to do a series of autologous blood injections (ABI) into the tendon but I thought she was getting a bit carried away. I still have problems but then again I live on a very steep block of land and choose to go slip slidin' around doing reveg work nearly every day. It's all about life balance I guess.
