numbers (the right wing rabid) talked about how he takes (I think) cummin each morning or similar for his knee - he says without it - he has problems and with - life is liveable
whilst I think Voltaren (Diclofenac) is a wonderful drug - it's not a good thing long term (certainly in larger doses)
my guess - and, yes, it is a guess - is that Cummin long term would probably be less of a risk --
it's probably going to work no matter which bit is inflamed
worth a thought I reckon - perhaps find where numbers is ranting today and ask him

oh -- ps ---------- never should we forget -- Stinging nettle tea - it's a wonderful thing - and, pretty nice to drink as well.
It's really the first stop thing for any bloke with prostrate issues
