Tenement Applications

I noticed a while back, a couple of exploration applications over the top of existing OAU granted tenements.

One of them abuts the northern edge of the Crown Prince mining lease(M51/886) and also extends past the west of the Lydia(M51/889) tenement:

E51/2115 - Pending, Jackson, Paul William AppDate: 18-Jul-2022

Does anyone have any idea whether 2 parties can hold exploration tenements over the same ground? doesn't make logical sense to me? Does this mean we have already lost this area?
If you look at the picture on page 2 in the last quarterly it actually shows this excised section? I went back to look at the last Annual report and the same picture was used, but that section was not excised out.
Did the granting of the mining tenement area, essentially terminate the exploration/prospecting tenements around it that weren't included in the mining area application? no mention in the quarterlies. They were listed in the 1st quarter activities report and gone by the 2nd quarter activities report?


There is another block south of the area that holds the Abbotts mining tenement(M51/390), that has an application applied for over it also:

E51/2100 - Pending, Jmb Group Pty Ltd, AppDate: 13-May-2022



ALSO, north of that Abbotts mining tenement there is a tenement we maybe have appeared to lose/relinquish:

E51/1757 - Dead(was Live) Zeus Mining Pty Ltd. This was expiring 30-Oct-2022, so maybe we have given it up early?


Anyone got a better understanding/thoughts on this?
