i rang kalgoorlie and the application is made (presumably by the kalgoorlie council) for one of 2 reasons firstly "non submission of form 5 or non payment of rent" I take that as meaning rates this then leads to a court case being set down, which happened last year. Last year the fees were paid up before it went to court, as I investigated this myself.

The form that was shown on this thread had "death" written in one of the column DYOR
