Yep you know what your doing obviously. Waiting for a dip in kai at 2.8 still when gsm was 50c and now kai is 4.3 up over 50% vs 10% in the same time. I'm sure that pacton or novo would have done a deal on that land by now if they thought it had value. Frn has got the land off pacton and the one deg was after. Some people just want to buy in at lower prices and rubbish concerns. I wouldn't sell anything till it's a done deal. I have been buying these dips thank you very much.
