Hi rae915.....the roadshow was aimed at the fund raising community.....brokers, fund managers, SI's and high net investors. They were given the chance to quiz and dissect the owners of the Logitag business and from all reports the presentations were well received and expressions of interest to raise capital would have been tabled. I know of three groups who are keen to help raise the acquisition funds, so it's now up to QUR to make the funding call.......I expect some news on this to follow and give us all a better understanding of the go forward plan.

Good luck if you re-enter, I personally think this negative seller has created a new entry position for those who are sitting on the sideline.

I am reliably informed the seller was using underhanded tactics to garner a better position for himself.........he has moved on and solid hands have taken his position via the on market buying.
