Buying out a holder who purports to be a supporter at a discount to market.....as he feels there is more upside in other plays that brokers are promising another 4 bagger for the said SI.
I've seen it happen many a time in the Spec end of the market.
The test for this company is how strong the buying support is after the sell down....so far it looks pretty strong to me
The next month will be the defining time for the company.
