Tenements ?

On pages 29 and 30 of NLI's latest Corporate (and Zurich) PDF presentations, there is a list of tenements held and under application by NLI in relation to its Portugese and Swedish tenements. All of the Swedish tenements have been granted, but only 1 of the 12 Portugese tenements have been granted. There is a footnote in the presentation which says "Tenement application MNPPP0395 (Barraso-Alvao) is awaiting a decision on a proposed hydroelectric dam development. All tenement applications are subject to overlapping claims to some degree, which the Company believes will be resolved at public tender." (my emphasis added).

The trading suspension notice mentions only the Portugese project. So a few thoughts came to mind:

1. does anyone have any information about the grant of the remaining 11 tenements in Portugal ?

2. any info on the hydro project they refer to ?

I am just trying to make sense of this trading halt, which in it's length is unusual to say the least ! Anyone got any answers to these queries, much appreciated !
