I am sure i read somewhere that EXM estimates it requires a 300ktpa plant due to the highgrade ore we have, similair in size to Warrego mill.

IMO there is still an opportunity to refurb ERM's mill at a cost of say $3-4m and process our shallow ore for a year or 2, that would enable EXM to generate enough cash to then purchase its own mill to then attack Juno.
EXM has several options and imo that is where you want to be at this stage of the game.
We still need to get the independant JORC finished, feasability done and mining approval before we need to sort a plant.
