In the hypothetical event of EXM being acquired, at let's say $0.05 per share. Would EXMOA options which are not 'in the money' become worthless? and also if the acquisition price were instead $0.09 per share, am I right in thinking EXMOA would then lose their time value and thus convert to being worth $0.03 per option?
