new road would have to be constructed(sealed) to warrego from to rover( warrego sealed from t.c power water no problem not far from the rail say 20 30 klm, gas line not far
rover to t.c good dirt road would need to be all weather, approx same distance to t.c, infrastructure in place as above
suspect would wgr would process on site to early to speculate gas line closer.
