Yes for sure, but one thing, Tilley refuses to take any responsibility, even though Greg Hunt wrote to Tennis Australia , prior to all this mess, informing them that a recent covid infection wont be an accepted as a medical exemption, ! Yet TA had Novak come all this way and waste his time ! If Noval sues, he should sue Tennis Australia and NOT the taxpayers of Australia ! Although i would be pretty sure the taxpayers are supplementing Tennis Australia big time !
