To justify a higher valuation Aurion you don't nee
Ore reserves are everything to a mining company, I would think they get less attention than they deserve, especially considering how bullish gold is. Aurion around July or possibly later they should announce significant reserve upgrades of around 30%---thats not only Aurion but Newcrest in June, Lihir Gold in October. --------------------------------------------------------------------- The perceived weakness in Aurion is it's low reported reserves and the shorter mine lives. A reserve upgrade however will go a long way to fixing this up. --------------------------------------------------------------------- On the sector as a whole you could see some profit taking as it has risen quite spectacuarly over the last 12 months or so. Valuations though are certainly not extreme and companies like Aurion have plenty of corporate pizzaz. Cheers,--BK.
