    CF33 definitely kills cancer cells, there have been several compete and partial responses aleady and dose escalation is ongoing.

    Eventually the host immune system wipes out the virus. Hence the need to find the highest dose and multiples doses to kill as many cancer cells as possible.

    CF33-CD19 has the benefit of multiple mechanisms of cancer cell killing. Oncolytic actio of the virus plus the CD19 will hopefully pack the tumour with tumour-direted T-cells.
