Just like a spring, it`s due when the time comes to rebound and find a new level.All the ground work is (and has) been done .First contribution to rebound imo is earth moving and laying pipework.Then commissoning of ponds,(meaning plant can then operate at FULL capacity and PROFITABILITY).As of last week excavation of SSC landfill site would have taken place, which means news from USA about joint venture with SSC is inevitable let alone what other opportunities may present themselves over there.One also must not forget about drilling of silica which would not be taking place unless it was of benefit to SH
