Not good news for LAF hopefully the situation will be defused as peacefully as possible. Politicians use the renegades who want to seize power where the Arroyo government has a 115,000 strong Phillipine military that plays a traditional role on who holds power. It will be an interesting week ahead indeed, but it looks like the renegades attempting to stage a coup will force the Fillipino Arroyo government to declare martial law to stay in power beyond next May's election. Lets hope it doesn't come to that. The Arroyo government has already stated today the renegades will be court martialled and any politician caught using the renegades to seize power will be severely punished. Interesting times indeed.
