Tension mounting in news vacuum

Seems to be a lot of tea-leaf reading going on as the absence of the long-awaited news stretches right to the end of Q1. Its pretty simple really. Either we will get the news tomorrow ,and FAR has given us no indication that we won't, or, we will be informed tomorrow of a delay. Any delay will be because the analysis is not complete and FAR cannot announce until CNE and the JV is ready. CNE is in control and not FAR. And any delay will only be for a maximum of a week or two given that the JV has to present its forward evaluation plan to the Senegalese by late April.

So not long now.
