Can't you remember when the Far-mer let the Cairn Fox steal 65% of the JV from Far for, 1 well capped at USD $80 million.
Cairn then Farmed out 25% to COP for an undisclosed sum.
Far then gave COP another 10%, leaving Far with a fire sale,15% percent Balance.
Far have never gotten over, losing all but a couple of chickens.
Hence the PE aspirations-Saga to buy back 35% for USD $580 mill,there abouts.
