Trust me, you will end up with egg on your face, regarding indemnification.
Remember one thing,
30 days after announced sale by COP to WPL, COP knew they had a problem with Far requesting more information.
The Sale was then announced complete,from memory, roughly 4 months later by COP, this included the sixty days for the government to voice objection.
So clearly, WPL we're never blindsided by developments after the 30 day PE,and a further 30 day period Far would have to state there case if they didn't want to PE,but to object to the Transfer of interest by COP.
