FAR Dispute notice was surprising to WPL because they did not take up PE option on the JV asset
Surely you know by now that this statement is simply not correct?
They called foul before end time and it's all up before the panel for review. Just because the opposite team is jumping up and down in celebration doesn't mean they have won yet. Their celebration seems to have died down knowing the review panel are looking carefully at the evidence for the foul.
