There is no liability to report or record at this point in time.
COP have already filed a sec report stating indemnification to WPL on sale.
If that indemnification gets actioned further down the track,then it becomes a recorded indemnification to WPL,with a figure of liability to COP.
Until and if,it becomes payable to WPL it remains off COP's books,as it doesn't exist yet.
