Close. It appeared Far queried earlier but didn't get information they requested. Day 28 was delivering a formal objection in person to COPs Houston offices that was still ignored and the sale went on regardless.
It would appear the narrative changed after far indicated they could be interested if the clarifying information was provided.
FAR have been following process from the beginning, trying to sort it out with COP but being stonewalled have continued it to arbitration.
