Indemnity to WPL concerning Sale was disclosed in Sec filing.
There is no time limit on imdemnity to WPL, other than, when risk to sale is over.
Best you contact the SEC in the USA and tell them what's up,as you obviously think COP is in violation of their accounting standards.
