CN stated the entire state of affairs last year on 13/6/19. Starting from 14th July 2016 Bastille Day newsflash about COP selling their stake & receipt of the PE notice, 30 days as per JOA to pre-empt, not given same T&C's as WPL, Sale concluded on 26th Oct2016 without govt approval, asked by govt to sort out the dispute amicable, lodged proceedings with ICC etc etc.
