I came to the conclusion a fair while ago that FAR got offered the company not the asset as it's the only thing that makes sense to me on the known info. If they got offered the asset at the price stated publicly then what's the problem. However if they got offered the company, of course they would want to know what they were buying. We will probably never find out.
