the discuss has been for some time PE will delay the project as no one is financing until sorted and here we are delayed and s anticipated. FAR clear have a case in my opinion as no one is going down this route otherwise. wow we though pre SAMO was interesting but nothing compared to this.
using the SAMO method COS 50% of a positive outcome for FAR, in reality I thought SAMO was always more of. 25% but that's still an ok position/ roll of the dice and happy to hold
