IMO PC is trying to call the bluff ,but behind the door s is trying to make a deal if ,it has not already been done .
What i think will happen is ,they will still go ahead with the arbitration ,and if COP/WPL lose ,they would settle with the deal ,which would be in place ,and should FAR lose then ,we just get on with it .
So what was that 15,000.000 shares that got sold late on friday close to 5.00 pm .
Lots going on .
