Tenstar Trading, the no 1 DGR shareholder has always been an enigma to me.
They rarely send through change of major holder notices but the last one from Armour in Sep 19 they provided a Hong Kong address (a pay as you go general use address) and stamped the document 'Callumberg' which is a company mentioned in the Panama papers.
This document (https://rainforestactiongroup.org/wp-content/uploads/2018/07/SolgoldFinalPDF.pdf) mentions that Brian Moller was a director of similar named company Tenstar Investments Pty Ltd. TENSTAR TRADING LTD 068 008 846 owned the shares in Ten Star Investments.
So Moller is on the DGR board and was also the shareholder of a company (Tenstar Investments Pty Ltd) that the no.1 shareholder of DGR (TENSTAR TRADING LTD) owned, which coincidentally had almost the same name.
Does that sound a bit shady to anyone else? I haven't seen that link declared in any of the previous annual reports.
