From technical perspectice , i am rating the possibility of
lighting the fuse for SGH rocket at above 75% which is v v high.
If U ask me my personal views considering mu experience of
many decades, then i am nearly nearly 100% .u can say above
90% that SGH rocket will be FINALLY UP IN THE STRATOSPHERE.
