Agreed re pricing in dilution. As you'll be aware though, no need to pay all debt at once and many ways to creatively raise funds rather than just a plain capital raise. These have been well written on here by some good posters and you would think that the collective brains at SGH lead by BH will be all over every possibility of raising funds in the most effective and least dilutive manner possible, IF indeed it is required.
