    I would very much like to ask AG & the crew that carried out the due diligence before SGH committed suicide by buying Quindell's rubbish

    1) if they were aware of  & had read the exhaustive investigation by Tom Winnifrith's site, Shareprophets.com into Quindell in which he had uncovered endless examples of corporate dodgyness & fraud - http://www.shareprophets.com/index.php?q=qpp&s=search , and,

    2) if they were aware of & had read the Gotham City Research piece of April 22, 2014 'Quindell PLC: A Country Club Built On Quicksand' - https://gothamcityresearch.com/2014/04/22/quindell-plc-a-country-club-built-on-quicksand/

    If not, why not?

    If yes, why did they not run away?
