Yes quite right about everything you said , so why couldn't the army of due diligence experts whom AG paid an astronomical amount of money for come up with at least some of the things you mentioned one of them being the hugely important investment institutions pulling out , huge selling and as yet not returned and mainly just retail share holders still holding . All your points are totally valid . Unfortunately AG in my opinion probably came to the conclusion why pay so many expert advisers if you don't take their advise and simply went along with what was presented to him . This whole exercise was enormously complex and probably made even more complex with so the lawyers on both sides involved . AG of course got the the blame for everything because he presented everything he was told by his due diligence team all was good to the shareholders therefore endorsing the Quindell purchase . AG got hurt big time over this and hope he has a chance to deal deal with the people who advised him and take some responsibility for making him the fall guy .
