With reference to (KOR's) EGM

We still haven't received from regulators approval for the content of the notice. The txt has been finalised on our end.

The EGM can be held not earlier than 28 days after the notice has been dispatched to shareholders. This means that the earliest the EGM can be held will be towards the end of April provided we can mail it out in the first few days of April.

The timing of IPO shouldn't be affected. This will be more related to market conditions in UK and Australia and the gold sector sentiment than anything else."

There does appear to indicate much slippage, presumably June or July being the golden dates.
