Thanks for update and the timing is one month delay and due to the delay by ASIC to grant the relief/exemption of preparing the prospectus for the two gold IPOs before the EGM for share holders to approve to the In Specie distribution of shares for the two gold IPOs. Hopefully ASIC will grant it before the end of this month.
