Alexium Sees Continued Growth in Tenting Market

Dear Shareholders,

Alexium continues to receive orders for environmentally friendly Alexiflam for use in tent manufacturing.

The chemistry being supplied makes the fabric water repellent, anti-microbial and fire retardant, and the Alexiflam formulation being used has been certified through Precision Testing Laboratories as being able to withstand high levels of ultraviolet light and other severe conditions. The chemistry also meets CPAI-84, a specification for flame resistant materials used in tents.

With our superior technology, we are rapidly expanding our markets and footprint; we are on track for expected ramp-up of revenues for the second half of calendar year 2016.
