Philippines' Duterte is flirting with Martial Law type Corona responses;
(In 70s Marcos' Martial Law in Philippines lead to widescale rioting and crime)
while cuddling up with China;
and having unreliable health systems to cope with Corona.
Market doesn't like these type of motions at a time of risk and uncertainty, with an anti-western despotic leader who reatins popular approval.
On the back of two quarters of production issues.
I like this company, but they need to show they have production issues sorted as a minimum.
They already don't provide accurate long term reserve guidance.
