They don't even need to BUY, they just need to start paying a dividend. They have positive cash flow enough, and near nil interest rates to lock in capital costs at payable rates for next 3 years.
I took a 12% hit from the low 80s. Glad I swallowed the bitter pill at the time. Won't enter again until I see management/board changes, in practices at least.
