All these releases by TER immediately following a well considered release by UNV portrays a level of uneasiness and panic and frankly looks very amateur hour to be honest. You'd laugh if not serious. Tony Weber has run UNV prudently and should be supported. If UNV say take no action, that's exactly what I would do. Lets see how this plays out, there's definitely more to this and it will be interesting to see how it impacts TER if ruling is in UNV's favour.
Imagine the scenario of TER holding all that stock in UNV without the voting power and debt associated with the purchase. Happy to have TER onboard as a UNV shareholder. Enjoy our success guys. All IMO
