    I expect to see either a suspension of the offer relatively quickly. At the very least the close date will need to be extended.

    thanks for the link poster Mirrors interestingly poster Skoonzy on the other thread mentioned UNVs shareholder protection may be via the company's articles of association as your linked article also mentioned .
